Steve Mera is an investigative researcher, author, lecturer, and TV/radio host with over 30 years of experience in investigating and analyzing paranormal phenomena, earth mysteries, cryptids, and UFOs. He initially trained as an electrical engineer but pursued his passion for the unexplained, founding the Cheshire UFO Group and later leading MAPIT (Manchester's Aerial Phenomena Investigation Team). Steve also founded SEP the Scientific Establishment of Parapsychology and has been involved in various organizations, and developed the British Investigators Training Course in Anomalous Phenomena.
Steve's work spans lecturing, writing, and media appearances. He has authored multiple books on paranormal and UFO investigations and has contributed to over 100 TV shows, including "Phenomena Project" and the "Chronological History of Ufology." He is the executive producer of several documentaries and TV series and has been a spokesperson for notable movies and TV shows.
He continues to lead investigations globally, co-host "Project Doorway" with Barry Fitzgerald, and serve as a consultant and ambassador for various projects, including the "Awakening Events LTD".

Steve has not only spent most of his career actively investigating and researching UFO sightings and experiencers, he spent 16 years investigating paranormal disturbances and other mysteries at a corporate and confidentially level for over 200 companies and businesses throughout the United Kingdom. Steve's
first five books concentrate on the subject of paranormal and
parapsychological research and investigation, from providing a reference
guide with his first book 'The A-Z of the Unknown'. In his second book,
'The Paranormal Investigators Handbook' he provides educational
techniques, investigation skills, helpful guidelines and technical data
for those interested in becoming active investigators of paranormal
phenomena. Both Steve's third and fourth book 'Strange Happenings - Memoirs
of a Paranormal Investigator' and 'Paranormal Insight - A Concise Study

Steve found himself perplexed as well as shocked. In his fifth and sixth
book, Steve joins his co-author, horror novelist Jenny Ashford to bring

House of Fire and Whispers'. Both these cases involve paranormal
disturbances well beyond the norm.
Steve's

AKA 'The UFO Investigators Reference Guide (in the U.S.), this book
