Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales - Awakening Events MC25

1. General Agreement
By purchasing a ticket for the Awakening Events MC25 (the "Event"), you (the "Purchaser") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchases
All tickets are sold exclusively for the Event and are valid only for the date and time specified on the website www.awakeningevents.co.uk.

3. Non-Refundable Tickets
Purchased tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled. Once a ticket is purchased, there will be no exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, changes in schedule, or personal circumstances. In cases of event cancellation, a refund of the ticket price will be issued, excluding processing fees.

4. Ticket Transferability
Tickets are not transferable, unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of entry.

5. Event Changes
Awakening Events reserves the right to change the venue, date, or time of the Event for legitimate reasons (e.g., unforeseen circumstances). If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, a refund of the ticket price will be issued, excluding any processing fees.

6. Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave appropriately during the Event. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the Event without a refund. The organizers reserve the right to enforce this policy to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees. The final lecture 'Off the Record' is a none recorded event, any attendee found recording the event (Audio/Video/Photo) will be removed immediately.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

8. Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
