3. **Selection of Winner**: One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries after December 20, 2024. The selection process will be conducted fairly and at the sole discretion of Awakening Events.
4. **Notification**: The winning member will be notified via email address provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the selection. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that their email address is accurate and up-to-date.
5. **Prize Details**: The prize will be clearly outlined in the competition announcement. The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner's provided mailing address. Awakening Events is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect shipping information.
6. **Acceptance of Prize**: The winner must respond to the notification email within fourteen (14) days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
7. **Disqualification**: Awakening Events reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are found to be fraudulent or violate the terms of this competition.
